Licensing Information:

2. The purchaser will have a 3-day inspection. If unhappy, return item (as sent) for a refund minus a 30% restocking fee and shipping, however if we decide that we made a mistake with our listing that warrants you returning your item we will give you a full refund and pay the shipping both ways.
3. If you purchase an item and do not send the proper license, FFL or C&R if applicable, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
4. Please do not waste our time or your time with offers. We will not take less money than we have an item listed for. We will not take trades, no guns, chickens, goats, camels, beads or blankets.
5. You should have all guns checked by a licensed gunsmith before using them. By purchasing you are relieving us of any and all responsibility for the item. We are an FFL dealer, not gunsmiths.
6. We will provide answers to questions as well as additional information (if requested) to the best of our ability in a timely manner. We will also accept constructive criticism, however, if you are rude or obnoxious in these emails, we will not answer them. We also reserve our right to refuse sales and block you from our sight if you get out of line.
7. Our payment options are credit and debit cards only. Online payment checks, cashier checks, personal checks and wire transfers are not accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Our hours are Mon-Fri 9-4 most of the time, we are usually busy so you may have to try multiple times to get ahold of us. We do NOT accept PayPal or any other payment service.
8. Our Privacy Policy is that we do not share any information with anyone.

Ammunition Sales:

We will only ship ammunition to those who provide proof of age (driver’s license or other government identity) as well as a statement saying that there are no laws that prohibit you from owning said ammunition. If you are not willing to do so, we will send back your money with a 30% restocking fee taken out. There are no exception to this.
9. Shipping Information:
   Our goal is to ship your item as quickly as possible, we usually ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your payment and proper licensing such as an FFl. No International shipping, US only.

Have you shipped my item?

Large items such as Rifles will typically be shipped UPS while most small items such as Handguns will typically be shipped USPS.

All items are shipped with a tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent via stamps.com or an email by us depending on the carrier.

We will include a copy of our FFL license with all modern and C+R firearms purchases for your dealer. With your name on the outside of the box so your dealer knows to whom it is for. Please have your FFL holder send us the FFL information as soon as you place your order so we can get you your item as soon as possible. We will not contact them for you, but we can help you locate one near you if you need help.

Correspondence is preferred by emails as there is a record to each conversation that saves error or a misunderstanding.

As in terms no 4. we are NOT interested in offers or willing to trade. We have to say this twice as we are getting way too many sales to deal with offers. Read the terms before you bid.
