Today we have a VKT made M39-43 Sniper with Scope. Only roughly 503 of these rifles were made. This rifle is correct with SA marked on the scope, turret, scope base, and the rifle itself. Overall condition is good/used with the typical wearing of the bluing and minor scratches on the stock. The Base and mount do not match but there is only about 10 Finnish snipers in the world across all models that have a matching base and mount. The bolt is a correct but unnumbered bolt. There is an interesting unit mark on the side of the stock. I have seen a few 39-43 rifles with this type of unit mark. This rifle is on the confirmed sniper list by mangrove I did not get a letter on it but he said he did find a record of the Finnish government selling it in the 1970s. The scope is slightly foggy but still serviceable. Bore condition is bright with some darkness in the groves. There are a few of these rifles out there but the large majority of them do not have a mount or scope. Import marked bu PRI Garden City KS under the barrel.
